GOOD Friday is a free music program that Kanye started in August 2010. The name originates from Kanye West’s record label, GOOD Music, and references the holy Friday before Easter Sunday. The free music program ended with the release of “Christmas in Halem” on December 17, 2010.
We know that with Kanye comes a lot of spontaneity. “Mercy” was released on April 6, 2012 and announced the continuation of the music program. “Mercy” was the first and only GOOD Friday track to be released on the actual holy day before Easter.
Since the release of “Mercy”, Kanye West has released four additional tracks including the popular Theraflu song entitled “Cold”. To top it all off, Kanye brings the team together to provide these awesome visuals for everyone to enjoy.
